Sapho Bio Schedules ISO/IEC 17025:2017 Accreditation Assessment for Q4 2026

SAN CARLOS, Calif., September 23, 2026 – Sapho Bio, a third-party analytical testing laboratory currently supporting over 30 customers, today announced that it has engaged Perry Johnson Laboratory Accreditation, Inc. (PJLA) as its accreditation body for ISO/IEC 17025:2017, Option A, Testing. PJLA has confirmed the laboratory’s pending accreditation status, with the on-site assessment scheduled for the fourth quarter of 2026.
ISO/IEC 17025 is the international standard for the competence of testing and calibration laboratories. Accreditation is granted by an independent accreditation body and covers a laboratory’s technical competence, the validity of its methods, the impartiality of its results and the management system behind them.
